Do you work with businesses outside of Wisconsin?
Absolutely. LaunchPad Digital is based in Sussex, Wisconsin, but our team works remotely across the United States, which means we're set up to support clients anywhere in the country and around the world. Distance has never been a barrier to doing great work together.
What size businesses do you typically work with?
We work across the spectrum, from small and mid-sized businesses to large enterprise clients. Our team has worked with household names like Lowe's and DIRECTV, and we bring that same level of strategic thinking and execution to businesses of every size. If anything, that enterprise experience is what sets our work apart for small and mid-sized clients: they get the benefit of big-brand thinking without the big-agency overhead. If we're not the right fit for a particular project, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Do you offer project-based work or retainer engagements?
Both. Some engagements are project-based, such as a brand identity, a website build, or a strategy sprint, while others are ongoing retainers like monthly digital marketing, SEO, or social media management. We'll recommend whatever makes the most sense for your situation.
How do I get support for an existing project?

I represent a nonprofit — can I inquire about pro bono services?
Yes. Select "Charitable giving inquiry" from the dropdown and tell us about your organization and what you're looking for. We periodically provide pro bono digital services to organizations doing meaningful work in our communities.
