We start by getting access to all your active platforms, including ad accounts, analytics, social profiles, email tools, and your CMS, then audit how each channel has been performing before we touch a single campaign.
We don't launch campaigns on top of broken foundations.
For clients who haven't been through a Digital Strategy engagement, we build a channel-level plan that covers which channels to use, how to allocate budget, what KPIs to track, and what the first 90 days should look like. For clients coming from a strategy engagement, we execute directly against the plan that's already in place.
Before anything goes live, campaigns are built, creative is developed, copy is written, and tracking is verified. Every launch runs through a pre-flight checklist: conversion tracking confirmed, UTM parameters in place, audiences defined, and budgets set.
From there it's active management across every channel. We monitor performance continuously, adjust bids, rotate creative, refine audiences, and pause or replace whatever isn't pulling its weight. We don't set campaigns live and forget about them.
Each month you get performance reports across every active channel, pulled into a single Looker Studio dashboard that shows results against your KPIs, flags anomalies, and lays out our recommendations for the next cycle. Data drives every decision we make.
As campaigns mature and the data builds up, the strategy gets sharper. A/B tests guide creative, conversion data guides budget, and audience insights guide content. The work compounds over time, which is exactly why a six-month commitment produces results a 30-day sprint never can.
Not always, but the results are noticeably better when you do. Clients who arrive with a documented strategy, defined personas, and a content framework get more out of the execution phase, because every campaign already has a clear audience and a clear goal. Six months. Not to lock you in, but because that's genuinely how long it takes to launch, measure, adjust, and optimize a campaign to the point where it's producing results worth scaling. A campaign judged at 30 days is one that never really got the chance to work.
You do, always. We manage your accounts as authorized account managers, which means we can build, optimize, and report, but the accounts and all their data belong to you. If you ever move on, everything stays with you.
No, ad spend is separate from our management fee. The retainer covers strategy, campaign management, creative, reporting, and optimization, while ad spend goes straight to the platforms. We're upfront about that from the start so nothing comes as a surprise.
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Reddit. We choose platforms based on where your audience actually is, so we won't push you onto channels your customers don't use. TikTok isn't one we currently manage.
We handle it. Our in-house copywriters write the copy, from blog posts and email campaigns to social captions and ad copy, and our design team creates the visuals, from social graphics to ad creative and email imagery. If you'd rather supply your own assets or approve creative before it goes live, that works too.
Yes. Some clients come to us for a single campaign or channel rather than a full retainer, with scope and timeline agreed upfront. Ongoing single-channel management still carries the six-month minimum, while one-off campaigns are scoped as a project.
