1. Who We Are
LaunchPad Digital, LLC ("LaunchPad Digital," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital agency located in Sussex, Wisconsin. We operate the website at launchpaddigital.io (the "Site").
For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@lpdigital.io.
For GDPR purposes, LaunchPad Digital, LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through this Site.
2. What We Collect
a. Information you provide directly
We collect personal information through the forms on this Site — including our contact form and our ADA consultation form (located at /services/web-design-development/website-accessibility/). Depending on the form you use, we may collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Company name
- Website URL
- Any additional details you choose to include in your message or inquiry
We do not store form submissions in a database on this Site. Submissions are delivered to us by email at hello@lpdigital.io via a secure mail relay. Your information lands in our Google Workspace inbox — meaning Google processes it as described in Section 4 below.
b. Server logs
Our hosting provider (Bluehost) automatically records standard server access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, and referring URL. This is standard practice for all web hosting environments. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
c. Cookies and tracking technologies
When the following services are active on this Site, they may set cookies or collect usage data. See Section 5 for details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through our contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except as described in Section 4.
4. Third-Party Services & Processors
The following third-party services operate on this Site and may process your data. Where required, we have data processing agreements or rely on these parties' published terms and privacy policies.
Google reCAPTCHA v3
Our contact and ADA consultation forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects device and usage information and may set cookies. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Use of these forms constitutes acknowledgment of reCAPTCHA's operation.

Google Terms of Service: https://policies.google.com/terms
Google Workspace / Gmail
Form submissions are received in our Google Workspace inbox. Google processes this data as a service provider under Google's Workspace data processing terms.
Google Analytics 4
This Site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data — pages visited, time on site, traffic sources, and general geographic region. GA4 uses cookies and may collect your IP address, which Google anonymizes. GA4 data is used solely to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
How analytics consent works depends on your location, which we determine from your IP address at the network edge:
- United States and most of the world — analytics is enabled by default (implied consent). You can opt out at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer.
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland — analytics is disabled until you opt in via the consent banner shown on your first visit.
In all regions, we automatically honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out. We use Google Consent Mode, so analytics cookies are not set unless the applicable consent has been given.

accessiBe
This Site uses accessiBe to assist with web accessibility compliance. accessiBe loads third-party JavaScript and may set local storage or cookies to remember accessibility preferences you select. accessiBe's data practices are governed by their privacy policy.

Cloudflare
This Site uses Cloudflare for performance and security services including DDoS protection, CDN delivery, and bot management. Cloudflare processes network traffic data and may set a cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection purposes.

5. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use the following categories of cookies on this Site:
Strictly necessary cookies
Required for the Site to function. This includes Cloudflare's bot management cookie (__cf_bm). These do not require your consent. Your analytics opt-out choice is stored locally in your browser (via localStorage, not a cookie) so the Site can remember it.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. These are enabled by default and can be disabled at any time via the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer.
Accessibility cookies
accessiBe may store accessibility preferences using cookies or local storage. These are loaded based on your interaction with the accessibility widget.
What we do not use
- No advertising pixels or retargeting cookies
- No Meta Pixel or third-party ad network trackers
- No Google Fonts requests (fonts are self-hosted — no IP data sent to Google for typography)
- No third-party analytics beyond GA4
- Site search is powered by Pagefind, a fully local static index — no search queries are sent to any external service
You can opt out of analytics at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer. Most browsers also allow you to control or clear cookies through browser settings.
6. Data Retention
Form submissions — Emails containing form submissions are retained in our Google Workspace inbox. We review and respond to inquiries promptly. We do not retain form data beyond what is needed to respond to your inquiry, and we periodically clear old correspondence. If you would like your submission deleted, contact us at hello@lpdigital.io.
Server logs — Bluehost retains server access logs per their standard hosting practices. We do not control the retention period for server-level logs.
Analytics data — GA4 data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted from Google's systems.
Analytics opt-out preference — Stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and persists until you change it or clear your browser storage. It is not transmitted to us.
7. Your Rights
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom (GDPR)

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
The lawful basis for processing form submissions is legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry). For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the lawful basis for analytics is your consent (opt-in), which you may withdraw at any time; analytics is not enabled until you opt in.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

We automatically recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing, consistent with the requirements of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and Montana.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@lpdigital.io. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the third-party service providers described in Section 4, who process it on our behalf under their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not share personal data with any other third parties.
