Digital Marketing

The highest ROI channel in digital marketing. If you're doing it right.

Custom-designed email campaigns, automated sequences, and list-building strategies that keep your audience engaged and your pipeline moving, built to land in the inbox rather than the spam folder.

Email isn't dead. Bad email is dead.

Email marketing consistently delivers some of the highest ROI of any digital channel, when it's done right. The difference between email that gets opened and email that gets deleted isn't luck. It's design, copy, segmentation, deliverability, and timing all working together. We handle all of it. From custom-designed HTML templates built to render correctly across every email client to automated sequences that nurture leads while you sleep, we build email programs that actually work.

We work primarily in Constant Contact and Mailchimp but bring the same approach to whatever platform your business is already using: HubSpot, Klaviyo, CRM-native tools, or anything else in your stack. Every email we produce is built on HTML table-based architecture, not drag-and-drop templates, so it renders correctly in legacy Microsoft Outlook environments and every other email client your subscribers are using. And before we send a single campaign, we audit your technical deliverability infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) because great email design means nothing if it's landing in the spam folder. We make sure your infrastructure strictly complies with the latest Google and Yahoo sender requirements, protecting your domain reputation before a single campaign goes live.

Our Approach

What you can expect from our email marketing work

Our email marketing engagements are modular, designed to scale from single campaign sends to full lifecycle email programs. A comprehensive engagement can include:

Foundation & Deliverability

01

Email Deliverability Audit

Before we design or send anything, we audit your technical email infrastructure, reviewing and correcting SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication) records where needed. These three DNS-level configurations are mandatory under modern Google and Yahoo bulk sender guidelines, which enforce a maximum 0.3% spam complaint threshold and require one-click unsubscribe compliance for anyone sending at volume. They separate email that lands in the inbox from email that lands in spam. Most businesses have at least one misconfigured, and we fix them before they silently kill your campaigns. We also audit and implement one-click unsubscribe headers across your campaigns, a requirement for bulk senders under current Google and Yahoo guidelines and a best practice for protecting sender reputation regardless of send volume.

02

Platform Setup & Configuration

Whether you're on Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or a CRM-native email tool, we set up or audit your sending environment: domain authentication, sending domain configuration, list import, and platform-specific deliverability settings. For clients without an email platform, we recommend and set up the right one for your needs and budget.

03

Analytics Integration & Tracking

Email campaign performance connected to your broader analytics stack: UTM parameters on every link, GA4 integration for tracking email-driven traffic and conversions, and platform-native analytics configured for meaningful reporting. Email performance doesn't live in a silo, so we connect it to the full picture of your digital marketing data.

04

Custom HTML Email Template Development

Every email template we build is coded in HTML table-based architecture, not assembled in a drag-and-drop editor. Table-based HTML is the only reliable way to ensure consistent rendering across legacy Microsoft Outlook versions, Apple Mail, Gmail, and every other email client your subscribers use. Templates are custom-designed to your brand standards and built to be reused across campaign types, so every send looks like it came from the same professional brand.

05

List Segmentation & Hygiene

Subscriber lists segmented by behavior, engagement level, purchase history, and any other data available, so the right message reaches the right person. List hygiene is managed on an ongoing basis where in scope, with bounces removed, unengaged subscribers identified, and unsubscribes processed cleanly to protect sender reputation and deliverability.

Campaigns & Growth

06

Email Campaign Production

One-off campaigns, newsletters, promotional sends, and announcement emails, all written, designed, and deployed on the agreed cadence. Copy is produced by our in-house team or designed around client-provided content depending on scope. Every campaign is tested across email clients before send.

07

Automated Email Sequences

Welcome series, drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, post-purchase follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, and cart abandonment sequences, all built in your email platform and triggered by subscriber behavior. Automation that runs continuously in the background, delivering the right message at the right moment without manual intervention.

08

Cart Abandonment Email Setup

For eCommerce clients without cart abandonment emails in place, we configure and deploy the sequence: connecting your store to your email platform, triggering abandoned cart emails at the right intervals, and writing and designing the email sequence to recover lost revenue. It's one of the highest-ROI automations an eCommerce business can have.

09

List Building & Subscriber Growth

Signup forms, embedded newsletter opt-ins, exit-intent pop-ups, and lead magnet landing pages built to grow your subscriber list with qualified contacts. Opt-in incentives developed where relevant (content offers, discount codes, resource downloads) designed to attract subscribers who actually want to hear from you.

10

Reporting & Recommendations

Monthly email performance reporting across all active campaigns and automations: click-through rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, list growth, and Apple-adjusted open rate trends. Because Apple Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) automatically pre-loads emails in the background (artificially inflating raw open rates for over 50% of email clients globally) we focus on hard engagement metrics and GA4 conversion integration rather than vanity open rate figures to measure the true financial impact of your campaigns. Every report includes strategic recommendations for the next send cycle.

Platform & Deliverability

Platform-agnostic. Deliverability-obsessed.

We work in whatever email platform your business runs on, and we audit the technical infrastructure underneath it before we send a single campaign. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC aren't optional extras. They're mandatory under current Google and Yahoo sender guidelines, and getting them wrong means your carefully crafted campaigns are landing in spam folders or getting your domain blacklisted. We fix what's broken, configure what's missing, and monitor deliverability as your program scales.

Why HTML Table-Based Email

Drag-and-drop looks fine until it hits Outlook.

Microsoft Outlook, still widely used across corporate and enterprise environments, renders email differently from every other modern email client. Drag-and-drop email builders produce code that breaks in Outlook, displaying misaligned columns, missing images, and broken layouts to a significant portion of most B2B email audiences. We build every email template in HTML table-based architecture (the same approach that major enterprise senders have used for years) because it's the only reliable way to ensure your email looks exactly right regardless of which client your subscriber is using to read it.

The Process

How we approach an email marketing engagement

  1. 01

    Audit & Platform Assessment

We start by auditing your current email program: platform configuration, deliverability infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), one-click unsubscribe compliance, list health, and historical performance. For new programs, we assess your needs and recommend the right platform before anything gets built.

  2. 02

    Technical Setup & Deliverability Configuration

Sending domain authenticated, SPF/DKIM/DMARC records configured or corrected, one-click unsubscribe headers implemented, platform settings optimized for deliverability, and GA4 and UTM tracking integrated before any campaign goes live. The technical foundation that everything else depends on.

  3. 03

    Template Development

Custom HTML table-based email templates designed to your brand standards, built for consistent rendering across Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, and every other client in your audience's inbox. Templates are designed for reuse across campaign types, so every send looks like it came from the same professional brand.

  4. 04

    Campaign & Automation Build

Campaigns and automated sequences built in your email platform: copy written or designed, visuals produced, sequences mapped, triggers configured, and everything tested across email clients before anything sends.

  5. 05

    List Building & Segmentation

Signup forms, pop-ups, and lead magnet landing pages deployed to grow the subscriber list. Existing lists segmented by behavior and engagement. List hygiene processes put in place to protect sender reputation as the list scales.

  6. 06

    Send, Monitor & Optimize

Campaigns deployed on the agreed cadence. Performance monitored after each send, with click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce rates, and deliverability signals tracked. Apple MPP-adjusted engagement metrics used as the primary optimization signal rather than raw open rates. Monthly reporting delivered with strategic recommendations. Automations monitored for performance and adjusted as subscriber behavior data accumulates.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What email platforms do you work with?

Primarily Constant Contact and Mailchimp, but we bring the same approach to whatever platform your business is already using. HubSpot, Klaviyo, CRM-native email tools, and others all work. If you don't have a platform yet, we'll recommend the right one for your needs and budget and set it up from scratch.

Why do you build emails in HTML tables instead of using a drag-and-drop builder?

Microsoft Outlook, still widely used in corporate and enterprise environments, renders drag-and-drop email code inconsistently, often breaking layouts, misaligning columns, and hiding images. HTML table-based architecture is the reliable standard that renders correctly across Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, and every other major email client. If a significant portion of your audience is on corporate email, drag-and-drop templates are a liability. We build it right the first time.

What are SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and why do they matter?

They're DNS-level authentication records that tell receiving email servers your emails are legitimate and authorized to come from your domain. Without them, or with them misconfigured, your emails get flagged as suspicious, routed to spam, or rejected entirely. Most businesses have at least one misconfigured without knowing it. We audit and fix them before we launch any campaigns, because deliverability is the foundation everything else is built on. Google and Yahoo now enforce strict bulk sender requirements, including a maximum 0.3% spam complaint threshold, DMARC authentication, and one-click unsubscribe compliance for high-volume senders. Getting these wrong doesn't just hurt deliverability. It can get your sending domain permanently blacklisted.

Do you write the email copy or do we provide it?

Both options work depending on your scope. Our in-house team can write campaign copy, subject lines, and automation sequences. For clients who want to provide their own content, we design and code around it. We can also edit and optimize client-provided copy as part of the engagement, whatever combination works best for your team.

Can you set up automated email sequences?

Yes: welcome series, drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, post-purchase follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, and cart abandonment sequences. Automations are built in your platform, triggered by subscriber behavior, and monitored for performance on an ongoing basis.

Do you help grow our email list?

Yes. Signup forms, embedded opt-ins, exit-intent pop-ups, and lead magnet landing pages built to attract qualified subscribers. We focus on list quality over list size, because a smaller list of engaged subscribers outperforms a large list of people who never open your emails.

How do you track email marketing performance?

We track click-through rates, conversion rates, list growth, and unsubscribe metrics, and we're transparent about why we don't lead with raw open rates. Apple Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) automatically pre-loads emails in the background, artificially inflating open rates for more than half of all email clients globally. Raw open rates in 2026 are a broken metric. We rely on deep click tracking and GA4 conversion integration to measure the true financial impact of your campaigns, rather than numbers that look good in a report but don't reflect real engagement.

What is cart abandonment email and do you set it up?

Cart abandonment email is an automated sequence that triggers when a shopper adds items to their cart but doesn't complete the purchase, sending a reminder (or series of reminders) to bring them back. It's one of the highest-ROI automations an eCommerce business can have. For clients who don't have it in place, we configure the integration between your store and your email platform and deploy the full sequence.

What is BIMI and do you support it?

BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) allows your verified brand logo to display directly next to your sender name in the inbox, similar to a verification badge. It's unlocked once DMARC is correctly implemented and verified, and it meaningfully improves inbox visibility and brand trust. We support BIMI implementation as part of our deliverability infrastructure work for clients who qualify.
